CASA PRASOUL is an exclusive, recently renovated villa with ability of hosting up to 8 people located in the heart of the historic Venetian village Prasses Rethimno.

As it’s name describes is a residence with Soul.

Makes you feel about it with the very first step you make it in.

Although villa is surrounded of other houses,privacy and security are guaranteed to the fullest.

The huge window with the mountain view makes you feel that you are outside meanwhile in fact you enjoy the cocooning of the place.

The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests.

The villa consists of 3 floors in total.

•Lower Ground floor: WC, laundry, 1 bedroom, fitness area, sitting area, swimming pool, patio – dining area.

•Ground floor: office, tv room, WC, living room, dining area, kitchen.

•First floor: 3 bedrooms (with bathrooms and shower, the 2 of them have balconies, the one has a bathtub), a sitting area, and an open space area.

The master bedroom includes a King sized bed, a bathtub, shower and bathroom. Fireplace and Netflix tv. and a small balcony. The middle room contains a double size bed, a bathroom with shower, tv and a small balcony too. And the smallest room which consists of a double bed, tv and bathroom with shower. In the area outside the bedrooms you will find a huge carpet and yoga equipment.

In the underground floor is the 4th bedroom which consists of a double bed, tv and bathroom with shower. A well-equipped gym is also located there. A second living room, a wc and the laundry space.

A large glass door leads outside to the pool where there is also the 2nd dining area plus a functional BBQ.

Casa is all equipped with air conditioning, fan, mosquito nets,filtered water and wifi.

Please, make yourself feel at home, you will have “exclusive” access to all the villa and its structures since this is a private villa.

Location of Prasses is ideal since the distance from the city center is 15 'And from the market, the sea and the nearest restaurants it is about 7’ to 10’ by car.
