Pretty close to the living area there is a glossy kitchen where cooking is anything but a chore and have light breakfasts and gourmet dinners. On the same level, there is also a bedroom suitable for guests with mobility needs, with a satellite Smart TV and large windows that create the illusion of transparency, and a dining room with seating for 6 persons.

The upper floor offers ultimate relaxation with two bedrooms with gazing sea views, waiting for you to enjoy and kick back after a long day wandering around the area. Entering the lower floor you can find a large living area with a Smart satellite TV with a Playstation 5 console, board games, a bedroom for a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a communal bathroom with shower. Last but not least you will find a laundry room with a washer-dryer machine.

The spacious outdoor area offers panoramic sea views to the early sunrises, offering them beautiful sunsets too. Enjoy the sun and a good book under the sun! Last but not least for lovers of cocktails and drinks you can enjoy one right next to the dining area where you can relax and have some fun moments with your loved ones. Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside the villa.

As the villa is located on a hill, the last 300m to reach the complex is an off-road road.  We recommend using an SUV car in order to reach the complex easily.
